Opportunity for young and gifted to birth,enhance,develop and promote any and all involved in music and art.

Enhance the city of Gary, and offer programs throughout Northwest Indiana

Build cultural / youth awareness programs and other positive programs,each building will house something difference.

Give them the opportunity to explore musical and artistic cultural history,of all Gary greats,to name a few Denise Williams, Michal Jackson, The Spaniels, Kelly Patterson, Carl Malden, Avery Brooks, and Vivian Carter 

Educate and enhance the arts through educational seminars & courses with appearances by those entertainers and others. 

Rehab each building by no one contractor, and each building will be dedicated to one of Gary's greats
