C. Kemp was once the owner of KISUM productions which was his very
own musical publishing company. he also created the vision for the
Visual Arts Village and it came from working as a talent manager
while owning his own recording studio. During this time, he was the
manager for a musical group in Northwest Indiana named "Unexpected
Pleasures". The group is known as being the very first headliner
group for the Founders day Program in the city of Gary. This brought
local attention and praise to Mr. Kemp's ability to recruit musical
talent. Mr. Kemp has 23 years experience in the musical industry and
has networked with numerous local, regional, and celebrities that are
interested in the PAVALDC project. A majority of the musical
experience at 220 Michigan Ave in Chicago, IL is know as the world
famous Hidden Prairie Studio's
